The “Thank You” Post

Welcome to another Wildcard Wednesday! Because the next few Wildcard posts are booked up as a result of the holidays and the end of the Fall TV season, I want to take this entry and thank all of my followers and supporters for their encouragement and viewership. Believe me — you all are why I do this. Saccharine aside, it brings me great joy to share things I love with people I love. And while I know most of my hits are by strangers, the support of my friends and loved ones is invaluable. I appreciate you and your support.

I also want to give a special shout-out to some of my most ardent supporters who have read, commented, and shared:

Joyce Arbucias

Barbara Bruno

David Cleaver

Leslie Scott Eckhardt

John Ellis

Lisa Ikegami

Angel Lozada

Stephen Newport

And most importantly, Mark and Gloria Upperco

If I forgot anyone, know that you are not unappreciated. No hit or comment goes unnoticed. I’m grateful for everything, and as a small token of my thanks, I dedicate this rendition of one of my favorite songs to you. Here’s Jimmy Dorsey’s rendition of George Gershwin’s final song, “Love Is Here To Stay.” The vocal is by Bob Eberly.

Come back next Wednesday for a new Wildcard post! And tune in tomorrow for more Xena!
